Management Systems & ISO Compliance Specialist

Overview

Pride Now, the light industrial and professional staffing division of Pride Global, is hiring a Management Systems Assessment – ISO Assessor to support and drive ISO management systems compliance across a global manufacturing organization.

This role is critical to maintaining and improving integrated Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (Q/EHS) management systems and supporting ISO certification objectives. The ideal candidate is a self-directed professional who can work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional and global teams.

• Develop and implement ISO-compliant processes and workflows to support global compliance initiatives.
• Partner with business groups to support organizational objectives related to ISO certifications.
• Provide training on management system controls, including quality, environmental, health & safety compliance fundamentals.
• Collaborate with Quality, EHS, and technical teams to implement and sustain ISO-compliant management systems.
• Document business processes and workflows and address discrepancies critical to ISO certification.
• Establish systems to monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support and participate in internal and external audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
  .
• Ensure audit results are properly documented, reported, and corrective/preventive actions are tracked.
• Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely and effective corrective actions.
• Evaluate corrective and preventive action responses for adequacy and escalate issues as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement across integrated Quality and EHS management systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated expertise in environmental compliance and quality conformance.
• Strong skills in data collection, verification, and analysis.
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong influence, advocacy, and negotiation skills across teams and cultures.

• Project Management certification (PMP or Agile) is a plus.
• ISO Lead Auditor certification strongly preferred.

• Play a key role in maintaining and advancing ISO-certified management systems.
• Work cross-functionally with Quality, EHS, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Contribute directly to compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Gain valuable experience supporting global management systems in a complex organization.
