Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) | Onsite, Monday – Friday
Are you passionate about quality and precision in electronics manufacturing? Join our team as a Quality Technician in the DMR area and play a key role in ensuring top-quality products reach our customers. This is a hands‑on, onsite role where your expertise in ESD handling, electronic equipment testing, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams will make a real impact.
What You’ll Do:- Manage the Material Review Board (MRB) process
, reviewing and disposing of nonconforming materials efficiently. - Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Track and report MRB metrics and trends to support continuous quality improvement
. - Inspect and evaluate electronic components and assemblies for conformance to specifications.
- Support internal and external audits
, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements. - Perform root cause analysis and assist in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and nonconformance reports.
- Associate degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years in quality assurance, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
- Hands‑on experience with MRB processes, nonconformance handling, and root cause analysis
. - Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with ERP and quality management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Knowledge of ESD handling and industry standards (ISO 9001, AS9100).
Skills:
- Understanding of GD&T and technical drawings.
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or medical devices
. - Skilled with measurement tools, microscopes, and inspection equipment
. - Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
