Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) | Onsite, Monday – Friday

Are you passionate about quality and precision in electronics manufacturing? Join our team as a Quality Technician in the DMR area and play a key role in ensuring top-quality products reach our customers. This is a hands‑on, onsite role where your expertise in ESD handling, electronic equipment testing, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams will make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage the Material Review Board (MRB) process
    , reviewing and disposing of nonconforming materials efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
  • Track and report MRB metrics and trends to support continuous quality improvement
    .
  • Inspect and evaluate electronic components and assemblies for conformance to specifications.
  • Support internal and external audits
    , ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
  • Perform root cause analysis and assist in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and nonconformance reports.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Associate degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years in quality assurance, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with MRB processes, nonconformance handling, and root cause analysis
    .
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP and quality management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Knowledge of ESD handling and industry standards (ISO 9001, AS9100).
Preferred

Skills:
  • Understanding of GD&T and technical drawings.
  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, or medical devices
    .
  • Skilled with measurement tools, microscopes, and inspection equipment
    .
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
