Detail-oriented Quality Technician with experience supporting Material Review Board (MRB) operations, nonconformance investigations, and electronic component quality assurance. Skilled in root cause analysis, ESD-safe handling, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure compliance with quality standards and efficient resolution of production issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinated MRB activities by preparing documentation, facilitating review meetings, and tracking dispositions of nonconforming materials.
  • Maintained accurate records of nonconformance reports, corrective actions, inspection results, and quality investigations.
  • Collaborated with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to determine root causes and appropriate material disposition.
  • Inspected and evaluated electronic components and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Performed root cause analysis using structured problem‑solving tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, and Pareto analysis.
  • Supported implementation and verification of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Monitored MRB metrics and trends to identify opportunities for process and quality improvements.
  • Ensured compliance with company procedures and industry standards, including ISO quality requirements.
  • Assisted with internal and external audits related to quality systems and nonconformance processes.
  • Applied proper ESD handling practices when working with sensitive electronic equipment and assemblies.
Core Skills Qualifications

Associate degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or engineering environment.

Familiarity with ISO quality standards, inspection tools, and electronic assembly processes.
