Job Description

Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support product quality and compliance within a technical manufacturing environment. This role is heavily focused on non-conformance management, corrective actions, and root cause analysis, ensuring products meet strict quality standards and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience working in ISO-certified environments, strong knowledge of quality systems, and the ability to develop and revise inspection plans based on engineering drawings and specifications.

This position requires a detail-oriented, process-driven professional who is comfortable using problem-solving tools and advanced inspection equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage non-conformance processes, including documentation, tracking, and resolution
  • Lead and support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities
  • Perform root cause analysis using structured problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, etc.)
  • Develop and revise inspection plans based on engineering drawings and specifications
  • Interpret drawings, tolerances, and quality requirements to ensure compliance
  • Perform inspections using advanced measurement and inspection equipment
  • Maintain and support Quality Management System (QMS) processes in an ISO-certified environment
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • Experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Technician role within electronics or PCB manufacturing
  • Strong experience with non-conformance, CAPA, and root cause analysis
  • Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.)
  • Experience creating and revising inspection plans based on drawings and specifications
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical requirements
  • Experience working within ISO 9001 or similar certified quality environments
  • Hands‑on experience with QMS software; SAP experience is a plus
  • Experience using advanced inspection and measurement tools
  • IPC‑610 certification or equivalent experience preferred
