Monday – Thursday, Day shift, 6am-4:30pm

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring all PCB assemblies and electronic components meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with PCB inspection, rework, and soldering, along with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Perform first article and final inspections on PCB assemblies.
  • Hand solder SMT and through‑hole components to IPC 610 and J-STD-001 Class3 standards.
  • Hand clean circuit board assemblies using various wash methods.
  • Perform rework and operate X‑ray inspection equipment.
  • Accurately record and track quality data.
  • Detect defects and provide feedback to correct processes and prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain quality standards across all assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience inspecting to IPC‑A‑610 standards.
  • Ability to identify component types.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and vision.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform detailed, repetitive work using a microscope and small hand tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and understand documentation in English for processing circuit board assemblies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • IPC‑A‑610 and J‑STD‑001 certification.
  • 3+ years of PCB assembly experience.
