We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer specializing in Incoming Inspection to ensure all incoming materials and components meet established quality standards and specifications. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming products, maintaining quality documentation, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams, analyzing inspection data, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing quality processes, excellent analytical skills, and experience with industry-standard quality tools and methodologies.

Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on incoming inspection.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control, Six Sigma, ISO Standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Hands-on experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measurement equipment.
- Ability to analyze quality data, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience working across teams and collaborating with external suppliers to resolve quality issues.
