Fast-Paced Hawaiian Grill Team Member – Clackamas County, Oregon

• Prepare and serve Hawaiian-style plate lunches, bowls, and grill items quickly and accurately.
• Maintain speed, quality, and presentation standards during busy meal rushes.
• Operate grills, fryers, food prep stations, and maintain clean stations.
• Provide friendly, welcoming customer service with a positive attitude.
• Restock ingredients, sauces, and supplies throughout shifts.
• Keep workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment clean and sanitized.
• Follow food safety, health, and company procedures at all times.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet customer demand.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
