• Provide back-up coverage and assistance to Regional Sales Supervisors and Retail Sales Consultants as needed
• Accurately assess inventory needs, write orders, and review approvals with store personnel
• Stock and rotate products, ensuring proper placement on store shelves
• Identify lost sales opportunities and maintain planogram integrity
• Deliver high levels of customer service and provide product education to customers

• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record required
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in grocery product sales to chain accounts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, both locally and out of town

• Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on interpersonal relations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while anticipating problems and taking preventive action
• Experience in a retail or sales environment related to grocery products
