Job Overview

Henry's Vape is looking for retail salespeople to join our team in providing great customer service in our vape/smoke shops. Our ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, self‑driven, and is available to work at both locations. We are looking to fill either part‑time or full‑time positions. Weekend availability is a must.

• Welcome customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.
• Advise customers by providing information on products.
• Process payments (cash and card) by totaling purchases.
• Use judgment to solve customers' problems and concerns.
• Maintain scheduling commitments.

• Two days off every week, on back to back days.
• Busy work environment with plenty of down‑time.
• Periodic raises for a job well done.
• Mostly consistent weekly schedule.
• Tips.
• Employee discounts on all products.

• Vape and tobacco retail experience is highly desired.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to problem solve as issues arise.
• An eye for cleanliness and organization is a huge bonus.
