Supervise firearms department to ensure compliance with ATF, state and federal laws and company policies.;
Staff the department with service-oriented associates; participate in interviewing and selection, coordinate training, and manage schedules and performances.;
Execute sales plans to meet or exceed financial targets set by the company.;
Open and close the store and manage keys and alarm codes; obtain Manager on Duty responsibilities.;
Lead firearm compliance and safe handling standards and oversee customer experience within the firearms department.
