Position: INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY – Part-Time Retail Sales Lead

The Sales Lead reports to a Store Manager and is instrumental in achieving business goals of sales and service. The Sales Lead is a high‑performing member of the store team, customer‑centered, friendly, attentive, productive, self‑starter with a passion for retail.

As part of our retail team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced, fast‑changing environment that allows you to showcase your people skills and develop operational expertise. You will lead and motivate a team of sales associates, ensure the achievement of sales targets, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment and merchandising activities as needed.
  • Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Assume Key Holder duties, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and reconciliations, when assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Proven retail sales experience, at least 1 year related retail experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficiency in operating point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and other retail technology.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
