Showroom Lead

As a Showroom Lead at MSI in our Construction-focused Retail Operations, you will oversee daily showroom activities, ensuring an exceptional customer experience for both consumer and B2B clients. You'll guide customers through MSI's innovative hardware solutions, manage product displays, and maintain high visual merchandising standards. Partnering closely with sales and operations, you'll coordinate demos, track inventory, and support project-based solutions for contractors and builders.

You will train and mentor showroom staff, implement process improvements, and uphold MSI's culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
