Evaluate, appraise, and purchase used firearms in compliance with ATF, state, and local laws and company policies;
Initiate all 4473 forms with customers and conduct final checks of applicable forms prior to firearm transfers;
Provide legendary customer service by helping customers identify needs and make informed buying decisions;
Maintain visual standards and merchandise presentation; restock, remerchandise, clean fixtures, and uphold department standards;
Assist with opening and closing duties in the back room and department; participate in ongoing product and compliance training
