We are seeking a high-energy, resilient, and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you will be the frontline of our sales pipeline, making outbound calls to business owners, property managers, facility directors, and other decision-makers at commercial properties.
Your primary focus is to generate qualified leads, build initial interest in our organizations services, and set high-quality appointments for our field sales team. This is a performance-driven position ideal for someone who thrives on phone-based outreach, handles conflict well, and is quick on their feet.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, while the position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth by generating high-quality leads and supporting our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct targeted outreach to commercial property owners and managers to introduce AMW’s services.
- Identify roofing needs and qualify prospects.
- Qualify potential opportunities and schedule appointments for the field sales team
- Accurately document interactions and follow-ups within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve processes.
- Previous experience in business development, appointment setting, or B2B sales preferred, but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and professional presence.
- Excellent listening and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic digital tools (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve measurable outcomes.
