• Handle 60 to 100 inbound and warm follow-up calls daily with homeowners seeking exterior repair solutions

• Qualify homeowner needs involving siding repair, dry rot, roof leaks, window leaks, and exterior envelope issues

• Use structured sales conversations, rebuttals, and objection-handling techniques to close service agreements

• Follow up consistently using Hub Spot CRM and established communication cadences

• Guide customers toward committed next steps, including signed agreements, reviews, and testimonials

• Maintain high call activity and conversion performance in a metrics-driven sales environment

• Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to improve closing performance and customer experience

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, call center sales, or high-volume phone sales

• Strong closing ability with confidence, handling objections, and asking for commitment

• Comfortable making and receiving high volumes of phone calls throughout the day

• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

• Ability to follow structured sales processes and scripts while maintaining conversational communication

• Coachable, disciplined, and accountable in a performance-driven environment

• Experience using CRM systems, such as Hub Spot, preferred

• Home services, construction, remodeling, or contractor sales experience preferred

• Availability to work evenings or weekends as needed to maximize earning opportunities

• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

• Stable work history preferred
