As an RV Sales Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and closing sales deals. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating pricing, and ensuring customer satisfaction post‑sale. • Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend products based on those needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide product education
• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales contracts
• Follow up with customers post‑sale to ensure satisfaction
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
• Attend industry trade shows and events to build product knowledge and network with potential customers

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check
