Position:
Inside Sales Representative

This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and supporting our outside sales efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer calls, solve problems, enter orders, and complete follow‑up procedures.
  • Maximize customer contact on the phone by turning product inquiries into orders, suggesting accessories or replacement items.
  • Write bids and quotations when appropriate and perform follow‑up procedures.
  • Document all customer contact and sales activities in the ACS system.
  • Communicate with Outside Sales to ensure excellent account management and customer service for new and existing customers.
  • Support Outside Sales in implementing sales and marketing plans.
  • Keep current on Ryan Herco Flow Solutions products.
  • Attend product and sales training meetings as required.
  • Update and maintain database.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of proven sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Address customer concerns, demonstrate empathy, and consistently move the customer toward commitment.
  • Excellent people skills; interacts effectively and works productively with a wide range of people.
  • Organized and detail‑oriented.
  • Fast learner with the ability to grasp new concepts.
  • Persuasive, amiable, self‑motivated, and goal oriented.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • MS Office (Word, Excel) savvy.
  • Must be able to type 40 WPM.
