Mobile Associate, Bilingual Retail Sales

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned by business management as needed.

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred).

• Passionate customer advocate with the ability to connect with customers and enjoy helping them.
• Competitive drive with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Hourly Base Pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.

Within the first 90 days of employment, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After promotion to Mobile Expert, eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. All employees are eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
