- Identify and develop new customers across the US market
- Drive demand creation and new business development activities
- Take ownership of sales revenue and design-in/design-win targets
- Act as the primary technical sales contact for customers
- Build strong relationships across engineering, purchasing and commercial functions
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans
- Identify new projects and application opportunities
- Manage and develop distributor and channel relationships
- Work closely with business development, marketing and technical teams
- Develop customer forecasts based on production and project requirements
- Support pricing discussions and provide competitive market intelligence
- Minimum of Bachelors of Science Degree in a technical or marketing discipline
- 5+ years equipment sales experience in semiconductor
- With metrology and inspection equipment sales experience will be plus.
- Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors
- Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
