Synthetic Turf Field Installer

The Synthetic Turf Field Installer is responsible for performing a variety of physical labor tasks related to the installation of synthetic turf fields under the direction of a Site Superintendent/Foreman. The role involves hands‑on work, precision cutting, and attention to detail, and requires regular overnight travel to job sites.

• Assist in field setup upon arrival at the job site.
• Accurately handle and position aluminum stencils for inlined field markings.
• Operate straight edges and tools used in turf alignment and installation.
• Cut turf materials precisely using scissors and razor knives.
• Install field markings and logos by embedding them into hot glue.
• Inspect turf seams to ensure high-quality bonding and alignment.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project.
• Support the final job‑site walk‑through to ensure installation quality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.
