HVAC Maintenance Technician

Pay: $20-$24/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities:

* Identifying maintenance risks on equipment

* Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services

* Clean condensate lines, condenser, and evaporator coils

* Clear drain pans and drainage lines

* Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act

* Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers requirements

* Assisting with customers' inquiries

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Previous experience in HVAC duct cleaning or a related field is preferred but not required.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

* Good physical stamina and the ability to work in confined spaces.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Valid driver's license.

* Must be able to lift, twist, bend and carry 60-70lb.

* Great time management.

* Work well in a team setting.
