A&R Solar is seeking a hands-on Solar Install Technician in Oregon. This field-based role supports roof, ground mount, and carport installations, gaining exposure to PV systems and real-world troubleshooting. You must be comfortable with heights and work outdoors.
You’ll join a team that values safety, practical skill building, and reliability. Ideal candidates are current electrical apprentices or pursuing one, able to lift 50 lbs and work 10-hour days Monday–Thursday.
