Cylinder Driver – Local Transportation

Location:

Tualatin, OR – SW Sherwood Rd – Cyl. depot – ESG Depot

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

• Delivery and pickup of chemicals / compressed gases
• Guide your daily work by established inventory procedures
• Update daily inventory levels for proper reporting
• Physically load and unload materials
• Protect safety and excellence in operating all assigned equipment
• Packing & staging materials per first expiration first out rules (FEFO)
• Follow spills / emergency cleanup procedures
• Proper labeling of all materials
• Operate powered industrial equipment
• Nurture primary connection with internal & external customers
• Actively contribute to waste reduction & recycling program
• Provide backup support for distribution department
• Participate in site 5S program

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years commercial driving experience
• Minimum 25 years of age
• Valid Class 1 commercial driver’s license with hazmat endorsements
• Driver’s license for state of domicile, clean driving record
• Knowledge of DOT rules and CFR 49 for hazardous materials transport

• 1+ year experience in chemical compressed gas field
• General knowledge of computers
• Initiative and self‑motivation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team, organized and multitask
• Dedicated to quality and accuracy
