Shift Details
Shift Days:
Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (4 days per week) – 4 × 10‑hour shift. Start Time: 7:00 am on Sunday, 10:00 am on weekdays. Pay: $22.85 per hour, increased to $25.60 per hour after 60 days. Shift differential: an additional $1.00 per hour after 6:00 pm.

Primary ResponsibilitiesA warehouse associate is responsible for performing shipping and receiving duties safely in a freezer environment. Duties include receiving, processing, storing and sending inventory according to orders and shipping schedules, loading orders onto trucks or shipping containers, organizing stock, labeling product, and managing inventory accuracy.
Essential Functions- Full case order selection.
- Manage carrying, sorting, loading, and unloading of product.
- Track inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect products for defects or damage and document findings.
- Ensure products are packed and secured properly.
- Move products of various weight capacities and perform safety measures in a freezer environment.
- Optimize loads to maximize operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Operate warehouse machines such as an electric pallet jack or forklift (as needed).
- Clean various areas of the warehouse (as required).
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
- Good organizational and mechanical skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse technology, such as a scanning tool.
- Decision making, attention to detail, and conceptual thinking.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Previous warehouse experience helpful but not required; training will be provided.
- Physical strength required for lifting, moving, and transporting materials of various weights.
- Strong endurance skills needed.
