Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM Start | $22.00/hour Swing

What You'll DoGather and stage products accurately based on delivery routes

Verify order accuracy and ensure loads are complete and properly sequenced️ Secure products for transport to prevent damage

Work as part of a coordinated, high-energy team to keep operations moving️ Stock and organize warehouse inventory for efficient loading

Locate missing items and resolve discrepancies️ Follow all safety procedures and support our Injury Prevention Program Represent Milgard's values through teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude

What We're Looking For Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, or similar environments

Familiarity with glass handling or window and door products is a plus Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted

Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

Reliable, hardworking, and committed to team success

Someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in doing things right
