Material Handler

Ascentec Engineering is seeking Material Handlers to join our growing team at the Tualatin facility. These positions are onsite only, not remote or hybrid, and are not eligible for visa sponsorship.

• Receive materials into stock
• Pick materials and deliver to downstream and upstream internal customers/departments
• Maintain accurate inventory levels
• Perform cycle counts and end‑of‑month inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records in a computer system
• Coordinate with other staff to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Final clean and packaging for a variety of products
• Prepare all shipping paperwork using Epi Cor, UPS, and Fed Ex websites
• Verify incoming shipments
• Arrange occasional LTL and same‑day shipments
• Local pickup and delivery backup
• Coordinate with other staff on shipping deadlines in a fast‑paced, quick‑turn environment

• Works in a machine shop environment
• Walks, bends, and lifts up to 60 lb. on a continuous basis
• Noise level is usually low to moderate
• Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed

• Compensation DOE – range is $18 to $21 per hour
