Description:

The Physical Therapist I/II / Advanced Physical Therapist I/II position serves to provide quality physical therapy services.
This position is responsible for management and implementation of the Physical Therapy program.
Responsibilities include the evaluation and treatment of inpatients and outpatients, ranging from birth through geriatrics.
Specialty services include wound care, prosthetic and orthotic clinic, geriatric clinic, high school clinic, functional clinic, and spinal cord clinic.
Additional duties include assistive technology and adaptive equipment evaluation and treatment.
The position also involves risk management and safety, and adherence to policies and procedures.
Participation in continuing quality improvement initiatives and staff education is expected.
Effective communication and collaboration with other medical professionals are essential.
This role contributes to the overall mission of providing comprehensive health services to the community.
Team members are expected to uphold standards for quality, efficiency, and safety in all services provided.
