Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg team. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to patients in a medical-surgical setting, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well‑being throughout their hospital stay.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Med Surg unit
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on their condition and treatment plan
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and other pertinent information
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical‑surgical setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
