Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ER), Travel assignment in Tuba City, Arizona.
Start date:
09/08/2026 for a 13-week contract. Weekly pay: $2,130 to $2,234 per week, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: Flex. Setting:
Surgery Center. This travel RN role requires broad ER competencies and the ability to care for patients across the lifespan in a fast-paced environment, with orientation every two weeks.

Shared housing available at approximately $600 per month, based on availability
- Provide direct nursing care for ER patients across ages, including initial assessment, triage, monitoring, and documentation per orders and standards of care.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed; monitor responses and manage potential side effects.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the broader care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Respond rapidly to emergencies, maintain airway and hemodynamic stability, and escalation to appropriate levels of care as needed.
- Support patients and families with education, discharge planning, and coordination of follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate, timely charting and compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Active RN license in any state (AZ license not required)
- Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association - Required within one year of hire:
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP);
Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC);
Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) - NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) completion within six months of hire
- Emergency Severity Index (ESI) Level 5 within three months of hire
- Patient Sitter Competency Training required upon hire
- Ability to work in an ER environment within a rural, high-need setting and adapt to flexible days/evenings/nights and weekend coverage
- Housing:
Shared housing options available, $600 per month, based on availability; housing application required two weeks prior to start - Orientation:
Every two weeks to support credentialing and integration - Credentialing support:
