Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

$2203.20/week –

Job Summary:

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment. Deliver comprehensive patient assessments, administer treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ condition upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity levels.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, procedures, and medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement effective care strategies.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license from any state (Arizona licensure not required).
• Minimum of 1 year of emergency room nursing experience preferred.
• Hold current certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association.
• Complete NRP certification within 1 year of hire.
• Strong knowledge of emergency care protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
