We are looking to add new talent to our growing team! We are currently seeking a Skilled Laborer to work in a support role with highly skilled professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing group and company. This is a temporary position (potentially leading to full‑time) located onsite in Tuba City, AZ
.
- Provide manual labor, which may include shoveling, fence installation / removal, raking, lifting (up to 100 pounds), or other construction related tasks.
- Provide safe and productive operation of hand and motorized tools.
- Provide safe and productive operation of heavy civil construction equipment including skid steers, drum compactors, wheel loaders, off‑road dump trucks, and other applicable equipment.
- Utilize safe working practices and perform assigned work in a safe manner meeting client, company, and regulatory standards.
- Be required to work different shifts.
Minimum Skills and Requirements:
- 40‑hour HAZWOPER training with updated 8‑hour refresher certification, or the ability to obtain in 1‑week or less.
- Have knowledge of safety practices and procedures in operating heavy equipment.
- Have the ability to utilize operations manuals and manufacturer's specifications in operating specialized equipment.
- Have the ability to prepare reports and records of work accomplished, time spent, and parts, supplies, and materials used.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a positive attitude and be a great teammate.
- Ability to travel up to 100%.
- DOT physical required.
