Operations Administrative Coordinator (Home Health) Pay:
From $16.81 per hour
Make a Difference Behind the Scenes Care One Franchise, Inc operates multiple personal care homes dedicated to providing compassionate care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to help support the daily operations of our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing processes, coordinating multiple priorities, and serving as a key resource for staff, residents, and leadership.
WhatYou'll Do
- Coordinate administrative operations for multiple personal care home locations.
- Support caregiver scheduling and staffing coordination.
- Maintain operational records and documentation.
- Coordinate resident admission paperwork.
- Monitor office and facility supply inventory.
- Communicate with caregivers, vendors, healthcare providers, and families.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Assist with regulatory compliance documentation.
- Coordinate resident enrichment activities and company events.
- Support approved marketing and community outreach efforts.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
- Directly supervise and mentor [1-2] administrative support staff, overseeing daily workload distribution, quality of deliverables, and contributing to performance reviews.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Five or more years of administrative experience.
- Experience supporting healthcare, senior living, assisted living, or multi-site operations preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Satisfactory background check and health screenings.
- Reliable vehicle for quarterly travel within Cobb, Dekalb, and Rockdale counties.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience coordinating multiple office locations
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience working in healthcare or senior services
