• Advise building administrators and trades staff on maintenance needs, manage daily custodial operations to ensure clean and safe environments, and provide training and guidance to custodial teams.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Completes routine and sometimes more robust tasks as assigned in a timely manner.
• Ensures effective communication across schools and buildings to monitor their functionality and manages the school's operational systems.
• Manages inventory of printer consumables, reloading supplies as needed to maintain uninterrupted availability.
• Accesses and manages the school's Local Area Network (LAN) to ensure consistent connectivity and performance.
• Adjusts heating and cooling systems within the school premises to maintain a comfortable environment for students, staff, and visitors.
• Follows established standard operating procedures and systems to accomplish tasks.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

• Associate degree or high school diploma with some additional continuing education through a certification program with 3 – 6 years of related experience required.
