Our client seeks a consultant to document supply chain procurement processes. The consultant will capture current-state workflows, define process controls, and produce clear, versioned documentation that enables consistent execution and audit readiness.

Rate: $70.00 to $70.00/hr w2

• Document end-to-end procurement workflows, inputs, outputs, roles, and controls.
• Interview stakeholders to validate process details and pain points.
• Create standard operating procedures, swimlanes, and RACI matrices.
• Identify gaps and propose improvements aligned to policy and compliance.
• Establish document versioning, taxonomy, and repository structure.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to obtain approvals and sign‑offs.
• Translate complex processes into concise, consumable artifacts.

• Demonstrated experience documenting supply chain or procurement processes.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools and methods.
• Knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management concepts.
• Ability to elicit requirements and reconcile conflicting inputs.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.
