U.S. Poultry & Egg Association (USPOULTRY) is an “All Feather” organization representing the modern poultry and egg industry through research, education, communication, and technical services. Founded in 1947 and based in Tucker, Georgia, USPOULTRY serves member companies across the broiler, turkey, duck, egg, and breeding stock sectors, as well as allied businesses. The association supports its members with research covering all aspects of poultry and egg production, and through seminars and conferences that provide timely industry education.

USPOULTRY also offers specialized technical guidance in food safety, environmental stewardship, and worker health, safety, and human resources to help members operate responsibly and efficiently.

USPOULTRY is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Director of Membership Services to lead membership growth, engagement and retention across the poultry and egg industry. This role is responsible for developing and executing membership strategies, building strong industry relationships and delivering exceptional member value.

• Develop and implement membership growth and retention strategies.
• Recruit new members while strengthening engagement with existing members.
• Manage membership communications, renewals and engagement initiatives.
• Represent USPOULTRY at industry meetings and events.
• Maintain membership data and collaborate with IT to ensure database accuracy.
• Oversee membership dues, budgeting and performance metrics.
• Partner with internal teams to enhance the overall member experience.

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations or a related field (master's preferred).
• Five or more years of experience in membership, communications, public relations or a related role.
• Knowledge of the poultry and egg industries with an established professional network.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%.
