We are looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant who will serve as the first impression to potential and current residents. The role requires a customer service and sales mentality and includes listening to resident needs, handling digital requests and work orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Office
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (30‑minute break)
- Answer questions and digitally show apartments to potential residents to define what they want.
- Sell the value of community features as they relate to the customer needs to close the sale.
- Follow up daily with potential leads via email and phone.
- Create and maintain excellent and ongoing relationships with potential and current residents.
- Ensure a high level of customer service.
- Use customer service skills to take requests, complaints, and resolve them quickly, including work order requests and management.
- Assist in monitoring renewals and electronically distribute and follow up on renewal notices.
- Prepare and assist with all leasing paperwork.
- Process applications for approvals (credit check, rental history, etc.).
- May be required to assist in special projects or activities including due diligence, property acquisition/disposition, and serve on or participate in company‑sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, and functions.
- Take accountability for daily leasing operations, and ensure professional and timely responses and resolutions.
- Participate in rent collection and rent collection procedures.
- Attend and participate in our training programs as required.
- Attendance and on‑time arrival is an essential job function.
- 2+ years of office administration or leasing experience.
- English and Spanish speaking required.
- Reliable, productive, and hardworking; remain calm under pressure.
- Able to prioritize projects and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining a commitment to deadlines.
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
- High degree of multi‑tasking and time management capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)—important.
- Must pass a criminal background check and credit background check.
- Must have Work Authorization in the US.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Must be local to 30084 or comfortable commuting.
