Customer Service Representative; CSR

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll work directly with customers in the branch to process loan applications, accept payments, and assist in successfully managing their accounts.

• Base Pay $12.00 - $13.00 / Hour
• Other Compensation Monthly Bonuses
• Monthly performance bonuses up to $1300

• Greet and assist customers in person and by phone
• Process loan applications and payments
• Answer questions about accounts and loan options
• Work with customers to find solutions if they become past due
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Work with your team to meet branch goals

• Strong people and communication skills
• Dependable and organized
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Customer service or retail experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Prior Finance, Retail, or Sales experience
• Basic Computer Proficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent
