What You’ll Do Installation & Commissioning- Lead installation and startup of advanced systems at client sites
- Perform testing, calibration, and validation
- Integrate new systems into existing operations
- Train clients on equipment operation and maintenance
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software issues
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Repair or coordinate replacement of components
- Respond to urgent service calls to minimize downtime
- Provide on‑site and remote technical support
- Build strong client relationships
- Document service activity and maintain accurate records
- Communicate feedback to engineering for continuous improvement
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- 5–8 years of field service or related technical experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and software systems
- Experience with diagnostic tools and service management systems
- Excellent communication skills and customer‑facing professionalism
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service priorities
- Field‑based role with occasional overnight travel
