In this role, you’ll install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced equipment at client sites—serving as a trusted technical expert and key partner in customer success.

What You’ll Do Installation & Commissioning
  • Lead installation and startup of advanced systems at client sites
  • Perform testing, calibration, and validation
  • Integrate new systems into existing operations
  • Train clients on equipment operation and maintenance
Troubleshooting & Maintenance
  • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software issues
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Repair or coordinate replacement of components
  • Respond to urgent service calls to minimize downtime
Customer & Technical Support
  • Provide on‑site and remote technical support
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Document service activity and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate feedback to engineering for continuous improvement
What You Bring
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
  • 5–8 years of field service or related technical experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and software systems
  • Experience with diagnostic tools and service management systems
  • Excellent communication skills and customer‑facing professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service priorities
