What You Bring:- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil
, Structural
, or Mechanical Engineering - Proficiency with PLS-CADD
, AutoCAD
, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Lead the physical design of transmission lines with an emphasis on structural innovation
- Develop drawings, specs, and contract docs for construction, fabrication, and bidding
- Conduct engineering studies, research materials, and create design standards
- Apply both conventional and custom techniques to high-complexity projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally as a key member of the design team
- Play a leadership role in evolving internal design standards
