Packaging Engineer II

Rise Baking Company, LLC is seeking a Packaging Engineer II to develop, test, and optimize packaging for cookies, cakes, muffins, and breads in a fast-paced commercial bakery environment. You will design packaging that protects product quality, supports high-speed manufacturing, and meets customer and regulatory requirements. In this role, you'll run plant trials, analyze performance data, drive cost and sustainability improvements, and troubleshoot line issues.

Collaborating closely with operations, quality, and procurement, you'll help deliver safe, innovative packaging that supports a people-focused, safety-conscious culture.
