Med Life is seeking an experienced Medical Billing Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our medical billing operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate billing, timely reimbursements, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Oversee daily medical billing and revenue cycle operations
• Ensure accurate claim submission, payment posting, and denial management
• Monitor billing performance, KPIs, and aging reports
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for billing issues and escalations
• Train, supervise, and support billing staff
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to resolve billing discrepancies

• 3–5 years of experience in medical billing (management or supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Athena EMR (required)
• In-depth understanding of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding, and insurance guidelines
• Experience with insurance follow-ups, denials, and appeals
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
