H Mart is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support CA, MD and GA locations. You will oversee hiring processes, policy communication and employee data analysis to advise management.
Responsibilities include conducting interviews, investigations, handling complaints and coordinating exit processes. Domestic travel is required. Must be fluent in English, Spanish, and Korean; a Bachelor’s in HR and 3+ years HR experience are required; aPHR/PHR is preferred.
