PositionSummary
We’re searching for a high-energy IT Support Specialist who loves solving problems, helping people, and keeping systems running like clockwork. In this role, you’ll be the go-to tech expert for our U.S. operations—supporting users, optimizing equipment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. You’ll also collaborate closely with our talented global IT team in Turkey, gaining international exposure and expanding your technical reach.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Deliver fast, friendly, and effective IT support to all U.S. team members.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Keep our Microsoft 365 ecosystem humming—Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, and more.
- Provide basic support for Forti Gate firewalls, VPN connectivity, switches/routers, and Wi-Fi systems.
- Own our IT inventory—tracking devices from registration to retirements and everything in between.
- Help drive cybersecurity awareness and support policy implementation.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our global IT and Info Sec teams to maintain standardized processes.
- Work with third-party vendors to resolve issues and deliver solutions quickly.
- Provide basic IT training and empower users to work smarter and safer.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support or helpdesk experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and troubleshooting best practices.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 and enterprise email environments.
- Solid foundational networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Confident with hardware installation, setup, and repairs.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude—someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and puts users first.
