Windows System Administrator

Location: Tucker, GA (4 days onsite)

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our Microsoft-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and infrastructure monitoring tools, with a strong focus on system performance, uptime, and security.

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers (2012/2016/2019/2022).
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file systems.
• Perform server patching, updates, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Monitor system health, performance, and security using tools like SCCM, Solar Winds, or equivalent.
• Administer virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Support user and system access provisioning and incident resolution.
• Maintain documentation of systems, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure system hardening and compliance.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and escalating when necessary.

• Experience as a Windows Systems or Server Administrator.
• Proficiency in Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, Power Shell scripting.
• Hands‑on with VMware or Hyper‑V virtualization platforms.
• Experience with SCCM, WSUS, Azure AD (a plus).
• Familiar with backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
