You will play a key role in keeping our processing plant running smoothly and safely. You'll be Responsible for the repair and upkeep of the facility, including most of its assets, such as equipment set-up and disassembly, Preparation for night cleaning, Machinery lubrication, and Production support.
Responsibilities:- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Assist in equipment installations, upgrades, and adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with safety and food-quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and preventive maintenance.
- 1 year of maintenance experience in a food-related manufacturing facility.
- Knowledge of USDA/SQF/SOP/performance of inspections (is a plus).
- Knowledge of basic GMPs. (is a plus).
- Must be able to read and write in English to perform necessary documentation.
