Job Summary

Carry out the weighing, packing, and assembly of product boxes according to current regulations and company specifications.

Day Shift (6am-5pm) Monday to Friday. Alternative Saturday.

• Ensure the correct use and cleaning of work equipment according to plant and production room regulations.
• Clean and sanitize workspace, equipment, and utensils continuously according to activity rotation.
• Prepare packaging: boxes, stickers, sealing plastics, bags, and pallets for product delivery.
• Report potential production downtime, scrap production excess, and the quality of each weighing machine, and summarize data from the shift.
• Verify compliance with quality, safety, production standards, work rules, and efficient operation of equipment. Follow USDA inspectors, HACCP, and SSOP standards.

• Excellent personal hygiene, collaborative work, and action-oriented.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Process tracking, able to lift up to 50 pounds, able to stand up to 4 hours at a time.
