• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the medical team.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.

• Support patients emotionally and psychologically through their healthcare journey.

• Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Compassionate demeanor and a patient‑centered approach to care.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Hospice Experience.
