Dialysis Registered Nurse, RN

• The Correctional Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN ) performs the hemodialysis treatment procedure delivering safe, efficient care of the highest quality and provides specialized registered nursing care in accordance with state law.
• Using professional nursing knowledge base acts as a resource for staff.
• You will be utilizing your assessment skills, technical skills, collaborative skills, documentation skills, and leadership qualities daily.
• In addition to the healthcare team, you are also required to maintain strong relationships, regular communication, and visibility with clients.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
• Current RN License for Arkansas & current CPR certification (or within three months of hire).
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English.
• One year of Hemodialysis RN experience is required (two to three years of experience preferred).
• Experience must be within the past two years.

Demonstrates expertise in Hemodialysis procedures and provides high-quality nursing care while maintaining compliance with state regulations. Strong assessment, documentation, and leadership skills are essential for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and clients.
