Store - ATL-TUCKER, GA
Lead and coach a team of framers who focus on building customer relationships while creating a framing solution for their art. Drive custom framing sales. Assist customers in creating a memorable framing solution for their art.
Major Activities
Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; ensure execution of Company policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and resultsDevelop and coach the team selling behaviorsLead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to our customers on time by planning workload in partnership with the Store ManagerAchieve your KPIs and manage the framing team to achieve their role KPIsReview sales and production workload and build plans and sales floor time for networkingManage and execute the inventory management processes as assignedManage and execute shrink and safety programsServe as Manager on Duty (MOD)Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, observing, and training of new team members; support with Talent Development activities; participate in Performance Management activities of your team; utilize leadership competencies for self-developmentPartner with MODs daily on framing expectations and team managementInteract with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promote commitment to the organization’s vision and values; project a positive image and serve as a role modelParticipate in truck unload and stocking processes to ensure standards are followed and completed within budgetFollow SOPs and Company programs to ensure a safe environmentAcknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutionsAssist with Omni channel processesOther Duties As Assigned Minimum Experience Required
Preferred Experience - Previous custom framing experience (preferred)
- Retail management experience
- Experience leading a sales team
Physical Requirements - Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Ability to remain standing for long periods
- Lifting heavy boxes and frames; accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
Work Environment- Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas; some outdoor work; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings; frame shop with glass cutter and heat press
