Enterprise Sales Executive (Remote)

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you’ll sell our SaaS platform to large utilities across the US and Canada, driving adoption of energy efficiency programs and reducing call center costs. You’ll manage VP‑level relationships, lead complex sales cycles, and deliver significant revenue growth as part of our Strategic Account Team.

Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Apply a consultative business approach to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
  • Generate new business opportunities while cross‑selling and upselling within existing utility accounts.
  • Manage relationships with Investor‑Owned Utilities and large Publicly‑Owned Utilities, following a land‑and‑expand model.
  • Facilitate solution sales at VP‑level and below, driving engagement across decision‑makers.
  • Own an individual revenue target, closing $150K+ ARR deals within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with partners such as implementors, energy efficiency organizations, and consulting firms.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through deal closure, including managing RFP processes.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise business software at the VP‑level within the utility industry.
  • Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of processes and KPIs within the energy efficiency / DSM space.
  • Experience in building trusted relationships with utility executives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English. Speaking French and Spanish is favourable.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast moving, ever changing, high growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset.
  • Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity and to have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team.
